Giving Tree Registration 2023

If you would like to register for the Giving Tree this year you will need to complete the form below.  To qualify you need to share the following information:

  • Parent/carers full name
  • Address
  • Child/children’s first names, ages and gender (boy/girl)
  • Proof of your child benefit
  • Proof of your housing benefit
  • Or Proof of your child and housing elements of Universal Credit

Once you have completed and submitted the below form, you need to email the required proof to givingtree@covcitymission.org.uk.  You WILL NOT be registered until we have all of this information.    Please be aware that you will not have a reply instantly.  We will have hundreds to process and will be in touch during office hours once we have processed yours.  

If you are unable to complete this form online then you will need to attend one of the below in-person sessions:

St John the Divine Church, Robin Hood Road, Willenhall, CV3 3AY

  • Friday 10th November, 9.45am – 12noon
  • Monday 13th November, 9.30am – 12noon

St Oswalds Church, Jardine Crescent, Tile Hill, CV4 9PL

  • Wednesday 15th November, 10.30am – 12noon

Allesley Park Evangelical Church, 13 Whitaker Road, CV5 9JE

  • Tuesday 14th November, 3.30pm – 5pm
  • Friday 17th November, 9am – 10.30am

Foleshill Baptist Church, 86 Broad Street, Foleshill, CV6 7DS

  • Monday 13th November, 10am – 11am
  • Monday 20th November, 10am – 11am

Coventry City Mission, Deedmore Road, CV2 2AA

  • Friday 10th November, 10.30am – 11.30am
  • Friday 17th November, 10.30am – 11.30am
  • Friday 24th November, 10.30am – 11.30am

If you are successful in your registration then you will be invited to collect your gifts from one of the following locations – 

Coventry City Mission, Deedmore Road, Tile Hill, Willenhall, Foleshill or Allesley Park

Please make sure you will be able to attend, or ask someone to collect on your behalf.
