Giving Tree 2024 Registration Form

Our Giving Tree Project gives Christmas gifts to children in Coventry who may not otherwise receive them.

In order to qualify for these gifts you MUST live in Coventry and be receiving BOTH child and housing benefit (or the child and housing elements of UC).

Please complete the form below to apply before MONDAY 18th NOVEMBER, AND email your evidence to givingtree@covcitymission.org.uk, if you do not email your evidence then you will not be registered. (Evidence includes emailing screenshots of the child and housing elements of UC including your address, or photos of bank statements with the required benefits going in).

You ARE NOT registered until you have received an email from us saying we’ve received your documents AND let us know which of the options you will choosing to collect your gifts.

If you have more than 8 children under 18 then please email us with the extra children’s details that don’t fit on the form.

If you’d prefer to register ‘in person’ then bring your evidence to Coventry City Mission (Deedmore Road, CV2 2AA) on Friday 8th, 15th or 22nd November – 9.30am – 10.30am.
